My Experience

Welcome to Killin It Counseling

I have spent the past five years supporting individuals navigating various forms of addiction throughout Bucks County, Philadelphia, and the surrounding areas. While my primary focus is on substance use disorders—particularly alcohol and drug addictions—I also have experience working with process addictions, including those related to shopping, relationships, love, and gambling. My practice is Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) friendly and welcomes individuals at all stages of their recovery journey. I am certified in the treatment of co-occurring disorders and have extensive experience supporting individuals managing anxiety, depression, and trauma-related symptoms. My training and clinical work have given me the privilege of walking alongside clients as they face a wide range of mental health challenge. II am deeply committed to helping each person build resilience and process significant life experiences with care and intention. I believe in a collaborative, client-centered approach to goal setting, which I see as a cornerstone of both addiction recovery and mental health growth. Additionally, I provide gender-affirming care for LGBTQIA+ individuals and offer supportive counseling to their families. My experience includes working with clients on gender identity, orientation disclosure, identity exploration, and navigating interpersonal relationships in affirming and empowering ways.I have experience supporting individuals who are incarcerated or have been involved in the justice system. Recognizing that incarceration can be both stressful and traumatic, I offer a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where individuals can begin to process their experiences and work toward healing and reintegration. My approach is rooted in empathy, respect, and a deep commitment to each person’s growth and resilience .
