Collaborative Approaches to Meet Your Needs

DBT, CBT, and more.....

My therapeutic approach is grounded in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), while remaining firmly client-centered and tailored to each individual’s unique needs. I often integrate techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to support cognitive restructuring and skill development, and I frequently incorporate Motivational Interviewing to enhance motivation and facilitate meaningful change. Mindfulness is a foundational element of my practice, woven throughout sessions to help clients increase self-awareness, emotional regulation, and presence in their daily lives.
